Key Responsibilities
* Take a proactive role in assigned tasks to improve delivery performance, e.g., new methods, new tooling etc.
* Have a responsible attitude towards company equipment to ensure safe and correct usage of company equipment.
* Efficient use of time to maximise output.
* Ensure housekeeping procedures and policies are adhered to.
* Work on own initiative and as part of a team to complete assigned tasks.
* Ensure communication is effective when working as a team and between shifts.
* Any other reasonable duties as required or deemed necessary to ensure the quality of goods is met and work is carried out in a healthy and safe fashion.
Qualifications/Experience
* ONC/HNC Engineering discipline advantageous as well as experience in a Repair/Maintenance/Assembly environment.
* Knowledge of maintenance/welding/pressure testing principles, concepts, theories and practices.
* Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings essential.
* Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Communication and Teamwork.
* Problem Solving
