Description:

Working Hours

Our standard workweek consists of 40 hours, with overtime opportunities available during weekdays and weekends. However, starting times may vary depending on customer requirements and specific project deadlines. While the standard workday is 8 hours long, overtime is common and expected.

We generally have plenty of overtime opportunities, but these are not guaranteed. Typically, overtime is available on Saturdays and Sundays, with shifts often exceeding 8 hours. Many of our employees work over 20 hours of overtime per week, significantly boosting their annual income.

Additionally, we offer our customers a 24/7 service, meaning you might be called out for a job at any time, day, or night. If you are called out, you will receive a minimum 4-hour compensation, with standard hourly rates applied after the initial 4 hours.

Our factory is in Tredegar, but you might also be required to work at customer sites throughout Wales, the West Country, or other regions of the UK. This can sometimes require overnight stays for work or training purposes.

Since we are a small business, we value flexibility and the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. Our team members should be prepared to adapt to varying work schedules and assignments as customer needs arise.
