MECHANICAL ESTIMATOR
Location: Central London
Salary: £85,000 + Package or Day Rate
Linea Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join a leading MEP Contractor based in Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing pre-construction team working on commercial, education, healthcare and mixed-use developments across London.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparation of detailed mechanical estimates
• Review of tender documentation
• Supplier and subcontractor enquiries
• Value engineering exercises
• Cost planning and budget preparation
• Risk analysis
• Tender presentations and handovers
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Mechanical Estimator
• Mechanical Building Services background
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and pipework systems
• Experience pricing projects from £1m - £20m+
• Excellent commercial awareness
