EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER WITH A MECHANICAL BIAS REQUIRED TO WORK ON LARGE PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT & MOBILE PLANT
TITLE: Mechanical Engineer - Plant Maintenance Technician
LOCATION: Wellingborough
SALARY: Negotiable £DOE
HOURS: 40 hrs Mon - Fri Days

ROLE: Mechanical Engineer - Plant Maintenance Technician
As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, your duties will include performing both reactive and preventative maintenance on a variety of heavy static plant machinery and conveyor systems.
Effective communication with the maintenance manager, your team, and operational staff is essential.
You will be responsible for logging your work and ensuring adherence to site safety procedures and company policies.
EXPERIENCE: Mechanical Engineer - Plant Maintenance Technician
You will have works in a heavy process of manufacturing environment working with large static plant production equipment or mobile plant such as FLT, Telehandler, Excavator, Loading Shovel, this is not suitable for something that has done buildings or facilities maintenance.
You will ideally have undertaken mechanical or marine engineering apprenticeship and be qualified with a C & G or NVQ Level 3, HNC, HND or degree
Health and safety qualifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH a bonus.
