Commercial plumber/Mechanical engineer

Essex
Our client is currently recruiting for a commercial plumber who has a strong mechanical knowledge to join their service/maintenance team. The company offers a complete range of building services to their clients, working to the highest level of standards.
The chosen engineer will be responsible for looking after a variety of commercial properties within the public sector around Essex, occasionally traveling down to Kent and into North London.
Job Description
Service, reactive, maintenance and PPMs
General mechanical tasks like AHUs, FCUs, ventilation systems and HVAC
Commercial plumbing tasks
Occasionally pitch in with other tasks like lighting tests, etc..
Participate in call out
Communicate with senior members of staff to achieve the best customer service
Requirements
Proven experience in mechanical engineering
Commercial plumbing experience
Be able to pass an enhanced security clearance
Commercial gas or F-gas (advantageous)
Benefits
Salary £45,000 - £50,000 DOE

Regular overtime available (1.5x-2x dependant on times)
