Position: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Blackfriars
Salary: £40,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for a new opportunity? Our client in Blackfriars is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. If you have a strong background in mechanical systems and plumbing, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Perform planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance tasks
Work on mechanical systems, including AHUs (Air Handling Units) and FCUs (Fan Coil Units)
Maintain and repair cooling towers, pumps, and motors
Conduct plumbing maintenance and repairs as needed
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications and Skills:
City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 Plumbing & Heating or equivalent needed
Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems such as AHUs, FCUs, cooling towers, pumps, and motors
Plumbing experience required
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
