Mechanical Engineer - Peterborough, start 12/10/2026
Location: Peterborough
Start: 12th October 2026
Hours: 45 hours per week, 8:00am-4:30pm
Duration: Minimum 1 month
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer for a site-based role in Peterborough.
Requirements:
* Relevant Mechanical Engineering qualification - NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* Experience working with plant rooms and boilers
* Legionella awareness and water hygiene experience
* Experience with cooling towers
* Good general mechanical maintenance experience
* Basic electrical knowledge
* Good health & safety awareness
Rates:
* £28.65 per hour - Umbrella PAYE, £22.00 per hour - PAYE
Start date: Monday 12th October 2026
Minimum 1-month contract.
