X2 Mechanical Engineer  - Commercial Building - London - Immediate start - Temp to perm - £28 Per Hour

An exciting immediate opportunity to join an established building services company based in London. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting a Mechanical Engineer to cover a commercial site. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team.

Hours of work

Monday to Friday
08:00am to 17:00pm
£28 per hour via Umbrella
Covering three sites
Contract type: Temp to perm 
Key duties & Responsibilities

Planned and reactive maintenance 
HVAC Systems  
Emergency lighting tests
Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning)
Control Panels
Changing Ballast
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
Maintain and update Log books
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
Pumps, motors  
Requirements

Mechanically qualified City & Guilds - Level 2 
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
Multi-skilled
Good communication skills
