Shift Mechanical Engineer
Salary: Up to £43,000 + Benefits
We are currently recruiting for a Shift Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities management provider on a prestigious, high-profile commercial site.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern and technically challenging environment, supporting the maintenance and operation of critical building services systems within an iconic venue.
The Role:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
* Responding to reactive maintenance tasks and fault finding
* Maintaining mechanical plant including AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, pressurisation units, HVAC systems and associated equipment
* Supporting wider building services systems alongside a multi-skilled engineering team
* Ensuring all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance standards
* Updating maintenance records through CAFM systems
What We’re Looking For:
* Mechanical qualification (NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
* Experience working within commercial building services environments
* Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
* Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical plant systems
* A proactive approach and ability to work effectively within a shift team
