The Role
Working as part of a skilled engineering team, you'll be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and fault finding across a modern commercial building, ensuring all mechanical and HVAC systems operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
*
Respond to reactive maintenance and fault finding
*
Maintain and repair HVAC systems
*
Service chillers, split systems and associated plant
*
Carry out maintenance on AHUs, FCUs, pumps and motors
*
Monitor BMS alarms and investigate faults
*
Complete maintenance reports and logbooks
*
Escort specialist subcontractors when required
*
Ensure statutory compliance and health & safety standards are maintained
*
Deliver a high standard of service to the client
Requirements
*
Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3)
*
Valid F-Gas Certification
*
Strong background in commercial building services maintenance
*
Experience maintaining chillers, split systems and HVAC plant
*
Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
*
Client-facing communication skills
*
A proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team
