Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical Bias) - Derby, England - Facilities Management - £40,000 DOE
A great opportunity has arisen with a world-class facilities management Company based at their prestigious blue chip client site in Derby.
Full time Permanent role
Monday to Friday
8 am to 5pm
40 hours a week
£40,000 DOE
Role Responsibilities:
Conduct PPM and Reactive Maintenance
rectification of defects, ensuring all safety and performance standards are met in accordance with the contract.
Carry out routine maintenance work associated with all mechanical systems.
Supervise specialist contractors and ensure all certification/ documentation is completed.
Liaise with and respond to the Helpdesk ensuring that urgent maintenance tasks are responded to within appropriate timescales.
The Ideal Candidate:
ONC/OND, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering
Proven experience within a building services environment.
Knowledge of PSSR 2000/Confined Space, Legionella, and Permit to Work systems.
Good all-round knowledge of Facility Management and Building Service Engineering.
