Location: East London
Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00
An opportunity has arisen for a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join a Facilities Management contract in East London, working Monday to Friday on a static commercial site. This Mechanical Engineer role suits someone looking for stable hours and ongoing work.
Mechanical Engineer — what you’ll be doing:
* Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across HVAC plant — AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, and associated plant
* Basic plumbing and pipework repairs where required
* Monitoring and adjusting BMS-controlled equipment
* Completing service reports and maintenance logs accurately
* Supporting compliance and statutory testing requirements
As Mechanical Engineer, you’ll need:
* NVQ Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline
* Experience maintaining HVAC/mechanical plant in a commercial or FM setting
* F-Gas qualification desirable but not essential
* Good communication skills and a client-facing manner
