Title: Mechanical Design Engineer
Rate: £40-£50 p/h
Determination: TBC
Hybrid

Supporting the engineering team whilst working on various design projects whilst making sure all tasks are carried out following the correct health and safety regulations and to meet our clients customers requirements and regulations.

You will need experience using AutoCAD and Inventor to create 2D and 3D CAD models and worked within the nuclear or defence industries. This will be to comply with client/project specifications and national standards.

A beneficial tool would be Caesar 2.

You will also need pipework experience as well as structural steelwork.

You will be working in other departments too such as projects, manufacturing, supply chain, and production.

You will be working alongside lead engineers to check and approve designs to make sure they are cost-effective to meet the requirements of the customer whilst also meeting the deadlines and targets given.

Qualifications:

Degree / HNC in Mechanical Engineering
