Lynx Recruitment are working with an energy technology business near Bath to recruit a Mechanical Design Engineer.

They're looking for a skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team and contribute to the development of advanced downhole logging and well-intervention instrumentation.

Responsibilities:

* Plan and conduct mechanical design projects

* Develop cost-effective design solutions

* Create and test prototypes

* Manage engineering changes

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in an engineering design environment

* Expertise in engineering materials and manufacturing processes

* Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD

* Strong problem-solving and project management skills

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering
