A leading London based MEP contractor requires 2x Mechanical Site managers for roles on their flagship commercial new build schemes.
Suitable candidates will have the following experience/ capabilities:
•pipe fitting/welding background capable of understanding and implementing prefabrication strategies on our major sites.
•Must be computer literate at a basic level, emails and word but nothing more than this.
•Experience of larger projects £10m plus would be valuable.
•Must understand how important a project programme is and how to deliver against a programme.
•Must be able to compile method statements and risk assessments from templates provided by the client and must monitor those of the supply chain/sub-contractors.
•Snagging/quality control and compiling handover packs to client team is essential.
•Must have a good understanding of health and safety within construction
•Good with people and ability to “muster the troops” when the project dictates a level of drive is needed
A proven track record working on major commercial new build schemes within the UK is a must
