Mechanical Construction Manager
Central London | Permanent | Up to £70,000 per annum + Package
A leading M&E Contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Construction Manager to support the successful delivery of commercial fit-out projects across Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor known for delivering technically challenging projects for prestigious clients.
The Role
You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of mechanical installations on site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards while maintaining programme deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Managing mechanical installation works on commercial fit-out projects.
Coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
Monitoring programme and site progress.
Conducting quality inspections and managing snagging.
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
Coordinating commissioning and final handover.
Attending client and progress meetings.
Liaising with project managers, consultants and other trades.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Mechanical Construction Manager within the M&E or Building Services sector.
Strong commercial fit-out project experience.
Excellent understanding of mechanical building services installations.
Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification preferred.
