Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + package
Overview
We are seeking a Mechanical Construction Manager (or experienced Mechanical Site Manager / Supervisor ready to step up) to deliver CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects across London.
Key Responsibilities
Manage mechanical works on commercial fit-out projects
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
Ensure programme, quality, and safety targets are met
Oversee HVAC, pipework, and building services installations
Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and project teams
Ensure compliance with H&S and project specifications
Requirements
Mechanical background within building services
Experience on CAT A / CAT B fit-out projects
3–5+ years’ site supervision or management experience
Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
SMSTS, CSCS (First Aid preferred)
Able to manage fast-paced London projects
