Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Building Services Manager to join a flagship mixed-use development and play a key role in the successful delivery of its mechanical services packages.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the delivery of mechanical building services from installation through to commissioning and handover.
Coordinate mechanical subcontractors to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Review technical drawings, specifications and design information.
Monitor progress against programme and proactively resolve technical challenges.
Lead QA/QC inspections and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Support testing, commissioning and client handover activities.
Work closely with construction, commercial and design teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure health, safety and environmental standards are maintained at all times. About You
Proven experience as a Mechanical Building Services Manager, Mechanical Project Manager, MEP Manager or Senior Mechanical Engineer within the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installation, commissioning and handover.
Experience delivering large-scale commercial, residential, mixed-use, healthcare, infrastructure or data centre projects.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant Building Services or Mechanical Engineering qualifications would be advantageous. Why Apply?
