Labour Hire are looking for a BIM MODELER for a well-established company in DEESIDE.
About You:
* High work ethic & team player.
* Punctual & reliable.
* Flexible approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Proficiency in BIM software Revit (AutoCAD MEP knowledge is advantage).
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
* Experience creating detailed 3D models of mechanical systems for construction projects.
* Minimum 3 years’ experience creating detailed 3D models of mechanical systems for construction projects.
About the Role:
* Monday-Friday 07:00-17:30.
* Rate: £300.00 per day.
* To draw the projects in accordance with the local, national, and international standards and regulations/specifications.
* To carry out the drawings in the specified time and in the desired specifications.
* To prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings.
* To communicate the failures to the Project Engineer/Design Engineer/Design Manager.
* To observe behaviors that include corporate behavioral characteristics such as accountability, dedication, compliance with company rules and cooperation.
* Strong understanding of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
* 6 year project.
* Start: Subject to interview.
