They're excited to announce the opening of their new London office, a key step in their ambitious growth plan. Over the next year, they've set to expand their dynamic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) team from 25 to 35 experts, providing an exceptional opportunity for you to be part of their journey.

Projects: A diverse portfolio spans cutting-edge sectors, including Data Centres, Defence, Healthcare, and Logistics & Distribution. As a Mechanical Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions across these critical and evolving industries.

Role and Responsibilities:
* Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage a team of mechanical engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
* Project Delivery: Lead the mechanical design and execution of projects, ensuring they meet technical, quality, and financial standards.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Business Development: Support the growth of their MEP team and services by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
* Technical Excellence: Drive technical excellence within the team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
* Mentorship: Develop and mentor junior engineers, helping to shape the next generation of engineering talent.
