Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established company based in Corwen.
This is straight to permanent position with a salary of £42,000 per annum.
The working hours are as follows:
* Monday-Friday
* Rotating shifts
* 05.45 – 14.15 / 13.45-22.15
* Overtime 1.5 normal rate
Roles and responsibilities
* Fault find and testing
* Undertake repairs and servicing of all machinery
* Ensure all machines are safe and fit for purpose
* Installation of new machines and equipment when required
* Promote safe working practices
* Carry out preventative maintenance
* Review and advise on engineering requirements and drawings
* Work with and coordinate Contractors as and when required
Any other duty as may be required to maintain the performance of the factory that is within the Engineers capability and skills.

Experience and qualifications
* Relevant Engineering Qualifications – Preferred HNC/18th Edition with Part P. Minimum NVQ Level 3
* Technical knowledge of food process equipment and wrapping machines
* Excellent understanding of how the machinery that they are working with operates.
