Mechanic | Outside IR35 Contract
Location: Ashchurch, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire GL20 8LZ
Pay: £17.00/hr Base Rate + £5.00/hr Living Allowance (£22.00/hr Total) | Paid Weekly
Contract: 6-Month Contract (High Potential for Extension)
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
Shift: Mon–Thu 07:30–16:30 | Fri 07:30–13:00 (Early Friday Finish!)

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must provide proof of the following:
* Qualifications: Valid proof of NVQ, IMI, City & Guilds (or equivalent) Level 2 or Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair.
* Experience: Proven background as a Mechanic (Fleet, Commercial, or Ex-Forces/Military vehicle background strongly preferred).
* Clearance: Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance (fully sponsored, managed, and paid for by E-ppl).
About the Role
Join E-ppl Ltd as a Mechanic on a critical fleet maintenance project in Ashchurch, working alongside a skilled, supportive team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance of Stored and Sustainment Fleet platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform mechanical inspections, routine servicing, and repairs across designated fleet platforms.
* Complete rectification work ahead of Mandatory Equipment Inspections.
* Execute fleet upgrades, reworks, and resolve defects identified during quality examinations.
* Maintain strict adherence to site Health & Safety guidelines.

Situated conveniently in Ashchurch (Tewkesbury) with immediate access to the M5 (Junction 9) and A46.
