Are you an experienced M&E Supervisor looking for your next contract within Facilities Management?
We're recruiting for an M&E Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management provider supporting a large NHS estate in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team of multi-skilled engineers, oversee planned and reactive maintenance, and play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of a busy healthcare environment.
You'll be responsible for supervising engineering activities, managing contractors, and driving high standards of compliance and service delivery across the site.
The Role
As M&E Supervisor, you will:
Supervise planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric services.
Manage engineering resources, subcontractors, and CAFM systems to ensure effective service delivery.
Review and develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes to maximise asset performance.
Monitor compliance, performance, and maintenance standards across the contract.
Support financial management, including resource planning, invoicing, and contractor performance. You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
A recognised Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
Experience supervising engineering teams within commercial, healthcare, or public sector environments.
Strong knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and building services maintenance.
Experience using CAFM systems and managing subcontractors.
Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills. What's in it for you?
