M&E Site Supervisor
£18- £22 + package

A new opportunity has arisen for a M&E Site Supervisor to join an established Midlands based company that provides both Electrical and Mechanical design, installation and maintenance services across the health care, schools, offices, retail units and leisure.
Working with the Projects Team you will be responsible for supervising projects won. Such projects include, but are not limited to M&E works, builders works and associated civil works, gas, hydraulics and pneumatics.
The successful M&E Supervisor will:
* The company operates nationwide and therefore as a M&E Site Supervisor you will be expected to carry out the following duties at each site wherever it may be:
* Ensure a consistently high standard of work is produced in accordance with specification and quality standards through regular quality inspections with sub-contractors.
* Manage site operation and safety in accordance with the site Health & Safety Plan
* Supervision of workforce including all Sub-Contractors, Suppliers, Specialists and visitors to site.
* Carry out Site Inductions in accordance with the site Health & Safety Plan.
* Monitor progress of work for each individual Sub-Contractor/worker in accordance with
* the Contract Programme.
* Ensure material requisitions are issued in adequate time to achieve the ConstructionProgramme.
* Schedule, control and monitor all plant and materials on a weekly basis.
* Monitor quality of work of all operatives and instruct rectification of faulty work(phone number removed)
Requirements:
* You will previously have worked in the Construction industry as an M&E Site Supervisor, M&E Site Manager, Site Manager, Site supervisor, electrical supervisor or Mechanical Supervisor.
* Complete full security vetting inc. DBS & BPSS checks (this will be carried out by company)
