We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Supervisor. Join our dynamic team and manage operatives on exciting projects, delivering exceptional service and embodying our company values.
The Role
* Lead site-based teams to effectively deliver M&E projects, ensuring positive outcomes.
* Oversee resources, including staff, subcontractors, equipment, and materials, while managing budgets, margins, and costs.
* Attend meetings to track and report on-site progress, addressing technical queries or variations as they arise.
* Continuously monitor and report project costs against budgets, promptly addressing any concerns.
* Supervise a diverse team of operatives daily, ensuring consistent progress and resolving issues as needed.
* Provide technical and commercial leadership, guidance, and direction to mechanical and electrical teams.
* Create materials and plant lists, assess quotations, and review them before ordering.
* Conduct valuations and supply payment information to the head office.
* Manage subcontractor relationships to ensure performance, quality, and value.
* Regularly visit sites, complete progress reports, and take necessary actions.

Requirements
