We're hiring for a dynamic Main Contractor M&E Site Manager to join our team working on a new build high-rise residential construction project. As part of the main contractor team, you'll oversee the mechanical and electrical (M&E) aspects of the project, ensuring smooth coordination, efficient installation, and high-quality maintenance.
M&E Site Manager Responsibilities:
* Manage all M&E aspects of the new build high-rise residential construction project.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure their compliance with project requirements.
* Review M&E plans and specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and standards.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
* Provide technical guidance and support to project teams during construction phases.
* Implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices throughout the project lifecycle.
* Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

M&E Site Manager Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager in high-rise residential construction projects.
