M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor | London | up to £85,000 | main contractor
A major, award-winning contractor with multiple regional offices, have big plans for the rest of the year!
With lots of tenders already won for the new year, they are now looking for an M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially provide support on major, landmark projects on a wide range of properties in all major sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, leisure and historic restorations (new builds, refurbishments and fitouts!).
In your role as M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be supporting a Commercial team lead by a Commercial Director and Managing Quantity Surveyors and offering guidance and support to the Assistant and Trainee Quantity Surveyors within the team, costing for projects that range from education and hospitals to warehouses.

The successful M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor will have prior experience as a M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
Requirements for this M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor position:
* Previous experience working as an M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor within construction.
* Full UK Driving License and own car preferred
* You must be personable, articulate and confident to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
