As M&E Quantity Surveyor, you'll take ownership of the commercial delivery of Mechanical & Electrical works—working alongside operational teams to keep projects financially controlled while identifying opportunities before they become problems.
???? Own the numbers – manage valuations, applications, cost reports, forecasts and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
???? Influence outcomes – negotiate with clients and subcontractors, manage change and drive successful final accounts.
⚡ Use your M&E expertise – understand the technical packages behind the numbers and turn that knowledge into commercial advantage.
???? Shape project performance – identify risks, opportunities and procurement efficiencies rather than simply reporting what has already happened.
You'll ideally bring major-project M&E QS experience, strong commercial awareness and NEC knowledge, with RICS membership or progression towards chartership advantageous.
