M&E Quantity Surveyor, Hampshire
My client is a highly sucessful mechanical and electrical Contrcator who require an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a permanent basis.
My client is well established and has a history of success, delivering mechanical and electrical building services projects across the private and public sectors. This includes commercial, mixed-use. residential and higher education projects.
As an M&E Quantity Surveyor you will be the commercial lead on live projects, helping to support the delivery to the client and ensure commercial success. You will manage the contractual terms of the sub-contractor supply chain and deal with any variations as they arise.
The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will have experience working as in a similar capacity for a Mechanical & Electrical Contractor, working on project types ranging from 500k to £10m. They are seeking someone who has a minimum of 3-5 years experience, and will also accept applications from Senior M&E Quantity Surveyors.
Given the location of projects vary across the Southern Region, they are seeking someone who lives within an hour commute to Southampton.
