M&E Project Manager - Up to £55k basic + 25 days holiday + BH + Company car/ allowance

A leading Building services/M&E/Fit-out company with prestigious contracts within Offices, Universities, sporting grounds and Science establishments currently have a key requirement for experienced Project Manager to support their Northern Department.
It is site based and operating out of the Warrington office, the successful candidate will possess considerable Main Contractor experience in construction projects with values ranging from £100k to £4M generally. A good working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Fit-Out package delivery

Requirements for the Project Manager:

* Project Manager needs to be experienced in the RIBA design, delivery, and project commissioning stages
* Project Manager must have previous Commercial Project/s experience with values ranging from £100k to £4M
* Project Manager will be preparing and presenting regular progress reports including programme drop lines to project stakeholders.
* Project Manager needs to be familiar with producing onsite dilapidations and completion of validations.
* Project Manager needs to understand the importance of the development and submission of RFI's, TQ's and driving close out of items raised.
* Project Manager must be confident and have an effective communication skill, ability to chair meetings, driving outcomes, ensuring the production of accurate records of discussions, actions and deadlines.
* Project Manager must have a good understanding of design and project risks. Identify, manage and escalate risks where necessary

Minimum Candidate Requirements:

* Project Manager must have a demonstrable experience with a minimum 5 years' experience in a Main Contractor role
* Project Manager must reside within a 50 mile / 1 hour commute of Warrington and will need a full driving licence
* Project Manager must have IOSH Managing Safely or SMSTS Qualification / Equal Approved/ CSCS card, if you are degree educated that would be an advantage
