I am working alongside a local authority that has undergone a major change process in recent times, transforming its frontline customer-focused services to deliver a more joined-up Cohesive service.
Role –
They are looking for an M&E Project Manager, who will lead a major works M&E scheme.
* Have a vast understanding of Mechanical and electrical works, carried out on residential and communal properties
* Overseeing Emergency lighting, Dry rises, access panels, and smoke detectors.
* Manage contractors to time and budget, giving progression reports to the line manager.
