M&E Project Manager - Residential | Brighton | £400-£450 per day (Ltd/CIS)
M&E Project Manager required for a leading M&E contractor with an annual turnover of circa £100 million to join a flagship residential development in Brighton.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor on a major £20 million M&E package, currently in the pre-construction phase and scheduled for a 2-year on-site programme. You will play a key role in taking the project from pre-construction through to successful handover, working closely with the client, design teams, commercial department, and site delivery teams.
The Role
Lead the delivery of a £20m M&E package on a large-scale residential development.
Manage the project from pre-construction through procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate design development, programme management, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Work collaboratively with internal departments and external stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
Requirements
Relevant Mechanical or Electrical qualification (HNC/HND, Degree, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Valid SMSTS certificate.
Proven experience delivering M&E projects from pre-construction through to handover.
Previous experience managing projects with M&E values of £10 million+ is highly desirable.
Essential experience delivering large-scale residential M&E projects.
Strong commercial awareness, programme management, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
