M&E Manager (Part-Time) – Glasgow
2 Days per Week | Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Manager to join a project in Glasgow on a part-time basis (2 days per week), with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee and coordinate all M&E activities on site.

* Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.

* Manage M&E subcontractors and liaise with project stakeholders.

* Review and monitor installation progress, commissioning activities, and compliance requirements.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.

* Provide technical support and resolve any M&E-related issues.

Requirements

* Proven experience in an M&E Manager role on construction or building services projects.

* Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, installation, and commissioning processes.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to work independently and effectively manage site activities.

Essential Qualifications / Tickets

Applicants must hold relevant and current certifications, including:

* SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

* CSCS Manager Card (Black Card preferred)

* First Aid at Work (preferred)

* Any other relevant M&E industry qualifications and competency certifications.
