M&E Site Manager
Location: Southwark
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 + bonus
I'm currently working with a well-established developer who is looking to appoint an experienced M&E Site Manager for a high-profile residential-led development in London.
This is an opportunity to join a project from a key stage of the build, taking responsibility for managing all M&E packages through installation, coordination, commissioning and handover. You'll work closely with the project team, consultants and subcontractors to ensure the mechanical and electrical elements are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
The role will include:
Managing all M&E subcontractors on site.
Coordinating mechanical and electrical installations with the wider construction programme.
Monitoring quality, progress and compliance across all M&E works.
Working alongside the Project Manager and design team to resolve technical issues.
Overseeing testing, commissioning and final handover.
Ensuring all works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements.The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience as an M&E Site Manager on large residential, mixed-use or commercial developments.
A strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical packages.
Experience working for a main contractor or developer.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to join a developer delivering high-quality projects across London.
