M&E Site Manager (Mechanical Bias)

£5M CAT A Fit Out
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Bias M&E Site Manager to join a leading fit out contractor on a 70,000 sq ft CAT A commercial fit out in Manchester, valued at £5 million.
You'll take responsibility for managing the mechanical package on site, coordinating M&E subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality, while working closely with the Project Manager and wider site team.
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager with a strong mechanical background.
* Previous CAT A and/or CAT B commercial fit out experience.
* Ability to coordinate mechanical and electrical subcontractors.
* Strong knowledge of commissioning, QA and handover processes.
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
