M&E Manager - Super Prime Residential
Location: Wiltshire
Salary: £85,000-£90,000 + package
We are recruiting an M&E Manager on behalf of a leading contractor within the super prime residential sector, to oversee the building services delivery on a major project in Wiltshire.
With an MEP value of circa £50m and 2.5 years remaining on the programme, this is an excellent opportunity to take responsibility for a substantial, technically demanding residential scheme.
The Role
Reporting into the project leadership team, you will manage the mechanical and electrical works, ensuring delivery meets the programme, technical requirements and quality standards expected within the super prime residential sector.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and coordinating M&E subcontractors and their interfaces with the wider construction team.
Reviewing designs, technical submissions and installation proposals.
Monitoring progress against the programme and resolving delivery issues.
Maintaining high standards of health and safety and quality across M&E activities.
Liaising with consultants, subcontractors and client representatives.
Overseeing testing, commissioning and handover.
About You
Experience delivering super prime or high-end residential projects is essential.
A relevant mechanical or electrical qualification.
A valid SMSTS qualification.
Strong technical knowledge and experience coordinating building services installations.
The ability to manage subcontractors, resolve technical issues and maintain demanding quality standards.
Our client is also keen to consider Mechanical or Electrical Project Managers from a subcontractor background who have relevant residential experience and are looking to move into an M&E management role with a leading contractor.
