M&E Maintenance Contracts Manager
A leading building services maintenance provider specialising in providing full building maintenance services on commercial properties in the Thames Valley and London area are currently looking for a M&E Maintenance Contracts Manager based predominantly from the head office in Surrey and travel to site when required.
My client is looking for an experienced M&E Maintenance Contracts Manager to oversee the M&E, HVAC, Building Services and hard services maintenance contracts.
As a M&E Maintenance Contracts Manager your roles and responsibilities will be,
Overseeing the M&E maintenance in my clients commercial, office and high-end residential contracts
Recommending and quoting small works where needed
Writing up condition reports
Ensure delivery meets clients KPI's
Ensuring an excellent service and building good rapport with clients
Making sure as a Contracts manager that PPM work is completed on time
Keeping a good standard of M&E, HVAC, Building services and hard services maintenanceAs a M&E Maintenance Contracts Manager you will have,
Relevant experience in contract maintenance management in a similar role
Good Knowledge of hard services i.e Air conditioning, plumbing etc
Experience in the M&E, HVAC and building services maintenance sector
Computer Literate
Commercially aware as a Contracts manager, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the maintenance process. Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures
Full Driving LicenceM&E Maintenance Contracts Manager: - £55,000- £65,000 (Depending on experience) + Car allowance + Bonuses
