£42,000 + 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH

Your new company

* An established and developing facilities management provider.

Your new role

* Working Mon - Friday, 40-hour week, across a commercial office building, on behalf of a globally-recognised media company, based in Oxford Circus.

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance duties. You will be working with a range of building service appliances.

* Light replacements and maintenance, emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, temperature testing, basic plumbing, minor repairs, filter changes on AHU’s, FCU’s, and other general building service maintenance.

* Working as part of a wider team of multi-skilled engineer's and communicating with the client and stakeholders at all levels.

What you'll need to succeed

* You must have experience in a similar role to the above, a building maintenance background (M&E).

* Electrical qualifications are highly desirable.

* Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is highly beneficial.

* Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
