My retained client is an established, award winning and highly successful provider of mechanical and electrical installation services mainly for commercial and industrial buildings.
They seek the solid appointments of experienced and commercially talented M&E Contracts Managers from an M&E / Building Services installation background to join in on their recent and vast expansion plan.
We seek Contracts Managers to report into their Midlands offices as and when required, but in the main, you will be able to work from home and on site based projects where you will be responsible for the delivery of 2-3 schemes at any one time.
Projects types of main focus will be industrial sheds for distribution, production and manufacture with project values ranging £1.5M to £20M.
Candidates highly sought after are those from an M&E / Building Services installation background with direct working experience in the dellivery of mechanical and electrical installations.
You will be competent, confident, reliable and incredibly customer focused as an M&E professional with a proven track record in managing and delivering first class completed schemes for their Blue Chip and World Class customers.
Being client facing, you will be an ambassador of this highly respected organisation.
