M&E Contract Manager
West Midlands
£58,000 per annum plus car allowance
Our customer is a privately owned, independent M&E and facilities management business, that are growing rapidly. Due to new contract wins they are seeking a Contract Manager to manage a mobile team looking after a mixture of commercial office space, industrial, and high end residential sites. This role will suit a Contract Manager that wants to take ownership of new clients at the start of the contract, and that wants to progress their career as the company grows.
Main Duties:
Manage all building services operations on a multi-site contract.
Profit and loss management on contracts worth around £1 million per annum.
Provide an escalation point for service performance.
Monitor and control SLA agreements and evaluate KPI and contract performance.
Develop strong relationships with the clients site management teams.
Qualifications/Experience needed:
Technical background with qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering.
Previous experence in a management or leadership role in the facilities maintenance sector.
Experience of managing own profit and loss account and cost control.
What's on offer is a permanent position, paying a basic salary of circa £58,000 per annum, car allowance, 25 days annual leave plus stats.
