Job Title: MDM IT Support
Location: Mandeville Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP21 8AL (Travel to other sites required)
Trust: Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (100% onsite)
Pay Rate: £14.89/Hr. + holiday pay comes to >> £16.93/hr.
Contract Duration: 6 months (subject to review and potential extension)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an MDM IT Support Specialist with experience in mobile device management (MDM) for migration tasks. The role involves assisting with the transition of mobile devices from one MDM to another.
Responsibilities:
Mobile Device Support:
* Assist in migrating devices from one MDM to another.
* Configure and troubleshoot mobile devices.
* Travel to Trust sites for physical phone deployments.
Required Skills/Experience:
* 1-2 years of experience in mobile device support or telecoms.
* Experience in configuring devices.
* Desirable: Experience with MDM platforms, especially Microsoft Intune and AirWatch.
