About the Role:
Protocol Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school in Sutton, London, starting in September. This is a full-time, temporary position with a competitive daily pay rate ranging from £185 to £245, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
Use innovative and effective teaching strategies to engage students and enhance their understanding of mathematics.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing feedback to students and parents as required.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages student participation.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in departmental and staff meetings.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the maths curriculum.
Uphold the school's values and policies, promoting a safe and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Previous experience teaching maths at the secondary school level.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics.
