Our client, a highly regarded secondary school in Tunbridge Wells, is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to join their committed team from September 2024.

The Role: As a Maths Teacher at this supportive secondary school, you will inspire and educate students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Maths department known for its collaborative environment and strong academic achievements.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to diverse learning needs.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support development.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and resources.
Engage actively in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) 
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics education.
Experience teaching Maths at secondary school level, including Key Stages 3, 4, and ideally 5.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
