GSL Education Lincolnshire is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a dynamic school in Spalding. This full-time position begins in September and extends until Christmas, offering a perfect platform to make a significant impact on students' mathematical understanding and skills.
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons that stimulate students' interest and promote their academic growth.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and supported.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support to help them achieve their full potential.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive Maths curriculum.
Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching practice.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills with a focus on creating a safe and productive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service.
