A welcoming and progressive secondary school is looking to appoint a motivated and committed Maths Teacher to join their thriving Mathematics department from September.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and Key Stage 5, if applicable), delivering engaging lessons that build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts.

The Role

• Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons that engage and challenge students • Support students of all abilities to reach their full potential
• Participate in school events, meetings, and ongoing professional development
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds (or is on track to achieve) Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Degree in Mathematics or a related subject
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for Maths.
• Previous teaching experience is desirable, but strong ECTs are also encouraged to apply

Requirements

• References covering the last 5 years
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
