KS3/KS4 Maths Teacher – Staffordshire
Start date – September 2024
Part-time position
TeacherActive is proud to be working in partnership with a mainstream secondary school based in Staffordshire, who are looking for a talented Maths teacher to join their department. The part-time role starts in September 2024, and the school is looking to hold interviews immediately.
Ofsted have rated this a ‘Good’ school, and they are proud to support and encourage every child to achieve the best of their ability. The role will involve teaching Maths across Key Stage 3 and 4. The ability to teach Key Stage 5 is also highly desirable but not essential.
Both ECT and experienced teachers are encouraged to apply.
There may be consideration for this role to be full-time if that is preferred.
The Senior Leadership Team and the Head of Department will offer excellent support and will provide an encouraging and supportive environment.

Applicants need to have the following:
QTS
Experience teaching Maths up to KS4
Excellent classroom management
Ability to fulfil all aspects of a full teaching role
Good communication skills
Ability to build good working relationships
A real desire to make a positive difference to the pupils that you work with.
