Do you have strong classroom management skills across Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3?
Are you an adaptable Maths Teacher who is confident supporting pupils through both classroom teaching and intervention?
TeacherActive is proud to be working with a middle school setting based in Redditch, South Birmingham, which supports pupils across Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 3. The school is looking for an adaptable and enthusiastic Maths Teacher who can engage pupils and support their progress across the curriculum.
The school is looking to take on a Maths Teacher from January 2027 on a 0.8 timetable, with the role potentially extending until the end of the school year. The successful Maths Teacher will primarily teach Maths across KS2 and KS3, with the timetable also including some general cover lessons and intervention support.
The successful Maths Teacher will have:
QTS with a Maths specialism (ECTs are also welcomed to apply)
Experience teaching Maths across KS2 and/or KS3
Strong subject knowledge and the ability to deliver engaging Maths lessons
Excellent classroom management
The flexibility to deliver general cover lessons when required
A positive and adaptable approach to providing intervention support
