Smile Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a secondary school in the Telford area.

Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging Maths lessons across the secondary age range.
Teach Maths up to GCSE level, with A Level teaching available where appropriate.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Adapt lessons to meet the needs of SEND and other additional needs.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing appropriate feedback.
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department.
Support students in developing their confidence, knowledge and understanding of Mathematics.The School Are Looking For
An ECT or fully qualified Maths Teacher.
Experience teaching Maths within a UK secondary school.
Strong subject knowledge and knowledge of the secondary Maths curriculum.
Experience teaching Maths to GCSE level.
Familiarity with relevant examination specifications.
A confident and engaging approach to teaching.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
A reliable, adaptable and committed approach.
