Position: Mathematics Teacher
Hours: Full-time / Long-Term
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming school in Sheffield.
The successful candidate will inspire students to develop their mathematical knowledge, confidence and problem-solving skills through engaging and challenging lessons. You will play an important role in supporting students' academic progress and helping them achieve their full potential.
The Role:
Plan and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across the relevant age groups.
Differentiate lessons to meet the needs and abilities of all students.
Monitor, assess and track student progress.
Encourage positive attitudes towards Mathematics and learning.
Maintain a positive, inclusive and well-managed classroom environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff.
About You:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
Previous experience teaching Mathematics is desirable.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Passionate about supporting students and raising achievement.
Reliable, organised and committed to high-quality teaching.
