Role Overview: As a Maths Teacher, you will have the opportunity to deliver high-quality lessons that ignite curiosity, promote critical thinking, and develop students' mathematical skills and understanding. Whether teaching Key Stage 3, Key Stage 4, or A-level mathematics, you will play a key role in helping students achieve academic success and develop a lifelong love for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to participate, take risks, and explore mathematical concepts.
Use a variety of teaching strategies, resources, and technology to enhance learning and promote student engagement and achievement.
Assess student progress regularly through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback and support for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective schemes of work, resources, and assessment strategies aligned with the school's curriculum and educational goals.
Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, communicating effectively and working collaboratively to support student success and well-being.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Maths at Key Stages 3, 4, and/or 5.
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematics, with the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Innovative and creative approach to teaching, with a commitment to delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school community.
